Chris Mutter has been teaching for over 20 years and joined High Tech High International in 2012, where he teaches 12th grade Digital Video Communications (CTE) through project-based learning. He is passionate about digital storytelling and helping students build the confidence to trust their ideas and express themselves in creative work they can be proud of.
